The MCA Group makes employee qualification a priority, considering it an essential condition for MCA to manufacture top quality products. Qualification courses also contribute to the personal and professional development of employees, as they respect professional standards and have been certified officially.
Such a course started on May 2018, intending to qualify 12 MCA employees in mechanical locksmithing. The course officially recognizes the experience gained at the workplace by formalizing and certifying the knowledge gained here and results in the award of a diploma recognized by the National Authority for Qualifications (ANC) as well as at European level.
The qualification course in mechanical locksmanship began with 2 days of theoretical activity where the 12 students studied the theoretical aspects of mechanical locksmith work and learned a lot about how to improve their efficiency and their teamwork.
A practical stage followed, and finally, the course concluded on the 20th of October 2018 with a practical test and graduation diplomas. For the MCA Group, a company with more than 20 years of experience, this is the second series of unskilled laborers it certifies, as the first qualification session of this type taking place in 2015.
